Meet Laulani Auld

A degree qualified Naturopath (BHSc)

I love supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, helping them feel safe, heard, and empowered as their health and wellness journey unfolds.

Laulani focuses on helping people reconnect with their bodies through a grounded evidence-informed approach that integrates current scientific research with traditional health principles. She specialises in supporting skin conditions, chronic fatigue and inflammation, digestive dysfunction, chronic stress, hormone health and neurodivergence. She also supports couples on their preconception and fertility journey. Her approach is deeply personalised, addressing the root cause of imbalance while creating sustainable, long-term health and wellbeing.

A little bit about me…

  • Honestly, a delicious steak from the local butchers with a side of seasonal and fermented veggies and roasted potatoes. Simple, nourishing, and delicious.

I would also never say no to fresh sashimi!

  • No matter the day, my non-negotiables are always sunshine, journalling, a hot herbal tea, and a nourishing breakfast. If I have the extra time you’ll catch me reading my current book and watching the birds.

    1. Dancing my heart out to my favourite songs and just being feral with it

    2. Full on self-care routine, sitting in a magnesium bubble bath with snacks, herbal tea, manuka honey face mask, and reading my book - calming ambient music playing in the background. aah, I am feeling less stressed just thinking about it!

    3. Spending time in nature. Whether it be a beach walk and swim, or a wilderness hike for hours through the bush, being out in nature always makes me feel at peace with myself.

  • I am chronically starting a new hobby. I will always have a new project on the go. Often times you’ll find me cosied up with a good book, whipping up a storm in the kitchen, crocheting a jumper on a whim, or doing some form of adventurous or movement-based activity - mountain biking, muay thai, surfing, pilates, bouldering, hiking/camping etc.

  • I flip and change my music taste a lot depending on my mood, but I always find myself drawn back to the grounding and wholesome tunes of indie music.

  • Pilates

    Bouldering

    Surfing

    Hiking

Muay Thai (this one shocks people the most!)

  • All the cells of my body are deeply nourished

  • Recently, I have discovered the importance of focusing on the now rather then fixating on the future and possibilities. I have found that embracing where I am currently in life, my surroundings, the people around me, my mentality and goals is what matters to me the most. Life is short and I want to enjoy every second of it to the fullest!
