Cancellation Policy
By booking your appointment, you understand that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all rescheduled and cancelled appointments, otherwise your full appointment fee will be charged to cover my time that was dedicated to you.
You will receive an appointment reminder email 2 days in advance so that you have plenty of time to reschedule your appointment to avoid fees. Please use the link in your appointment email to reschedule.

Laulani Auld is a degree-qualified naturopath providing in-person and telehealth naturopathic consultations. Services may include:

Naturopathy is complementary healthcare and is not a substitute for medical care provided by a general practitioner or medical specialist. Clients are advised to maintain a relationship with their primary healthcare provider.
Laulani completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) with Distinction at Endeavour College of Natural Health, and currently is a professional registered practitioner with the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).
The services provided:

By booking a Telehealth consultation, you acknowledge:
Online sessions carry inherent technology risks
Privacy cannot be 100% guaranteed over the internet
You are responsible for ensuring a private, secure location
If technical issues occur, sessions may be rescheduled at practitioner discretion.
